Sitting at a bar watching football, I passed the person next to me the ashtray he asked the waiter for and he gave me the gratitude card. At first didn't really understand what it was about, but I love the idea and felt really good about it. It was a really nice way to say thank you for a small gesture like that. Glad to know about this, and looking forward to passing it on.
