I gave this card to Carlo. We met for the first time in Venice after exchanging emails and tweets. He's involved in the project called Positivity Box whose aim is to spread positive good news, transfoming kids into good news hunters.
I gave him the gratitude card to say thanks for all his support and for the enjoyable chat we had!

And finally...I gave also this card to Alice :) We hugged after having a deep, precious conversation. It was the perfect way to end an emotionally intense day. I felt welcomed and recharged.

I gave this card to Alice because, although we met the day before, we shared so many things together. I call it the journey's magic, the possibility to open our heart, giving and receiving. I felt happy and a sense of safety and belonging.

I gave this card to Alice while having dinner. She told me about her project about kindness and how she would like to spread kindness and inspire people to do the same. I felt honored to share that moment with her.
She was also very kind during the whole day at the course we are attending asking me how I felt, noticing I was tired and she made the first move to break the ice and talk. Again, I felt connected.

I gave this card to Elisa, another friend from high school. We had dinner together with other classmates after a long time. I was glad to share a nice evening with all these amazing girls. It seems yesterday we were at high school and now we all grew up, taking different paths of life.
Elisa showed us her engagement ring and I felt very happy for her!

I gave this card to Francesca, a friend of mine. We attended elementary, middle and high school together! Now we also work part-time in the same language school. She invited me to a friends' reunion and I wanted to express my gratitude for this. That's why I gave her this card.

I gave this card to Serena, a friend from high school who is now living in Germany and was back in Italy for a couple of days. We had dinner together with other classmates. She is always so positive, smiling and lively! I gave her the authenticity card because she is what you see.

I gave this card to Chiara, one of friends from high school. We met again after many months and she shared a wonderful news: she is expecting twins! I was so happy and surprised. It seems yesterday we were attending high school :)

I gave this card to Simona, who came to the EQ Café I held on 22nd March. I met Simona in November at another event I held together with a colleague of mine. Simona is a busy mum and I'm so happy to see she is interested in the topic of emotional intelligence for her and her children. In November, she brought her three wonderful kids to the Pop-up Festival, an event to celebrate Children's day and their right to feel and express emotions.
I gave her the kindness card because she took a friend of her to the event and, although, she got stuck at work, she made everything she could to come to the event.

I gave this card to Rosella, who came to the EQ Café I held on 22nd March. I met her a month ago at a memory course. She is so kind and caring. She always forwards my newsletters to her contacts and she invited four of her colleagues to the event. Her support is very precious for me, that's why I gave her the gratitude card.

I gave this card to Barbara, one of the participants to the event about Emotional Intelligence I held on 22nd March and my student in an English Course.
Barbara is a very strong, caring, lovely woman and she is going through a delicate period of her life. Hugging is a such a powerful way to exchange energy and heal, that's why I gave her this card.
I felt grateful to have the opportunity to share the experience of the event and English course with her!

I gave this card to Micol. She is one of students and she also came to the event about Emotional Intelligence I held on 22nd March. During the event I had the chance to get to know Micol a little bit more and I was so surprised and amazed to realize how aware of herself she is. I mean, she is soooo young, but so determined.
I was also grateful because she involved one of her friends, Agnese and her boyfriend Marco, taking them to the event.
I gave her the authenticity card because she opened up during the event, without fearing of being judged. For me, authenticity is a sign of strength and Micol is definitely a strong girl!

I gave this card to Ilaria after a two-day event about Emotional Intelligence we both attended in Bologna. I met Ilaria last year in Portugal at a conference. For me it was like a dream becoming true. I had been following the organization she's part of for two years and we immediately connected. Thanks to our meeting, I'm getting more and more involved in this organization and I have the opportunity to learn about and practice Emotional Intelligence. I feel blessed. I attended the event "Antenne 2018, #InnovareInsieme" organized by Barbara, President of Leading Myself. I woke up at 6.30 a.m. to be able to go there. It was so inspiring to listen to all those amazing stories. I felt very enriched when the event was over and for me this is the most amazing feeling. Barbara closed the event by saying "thank you"to the audience and the speakers. I wanted to say thanks to Barbara as well for what she organized and shared!
